It depends on what you're asking, but yes, in general, the queen can move to any block on a Chess board, but she is limited in what she can do. The queen can move as many spaces as are open, in any direction, but only one direction at a time.

The queen can move in a straight line in any direction as long as nothing is obscuring its path, as it cannot move through other pieces. If it comes across an enemy piece in its path, it must capture it or wait for it to move out of the way before it can continue on in that line. The queen is the most powerful piece in a chess game, though is not as important as the king.
