- Ricky Dobbs (Navy, 2009)

- Chaz Williams (Georgia Southern, 2002)

But the overall record is 35 in Division III by Chris Sharpe (Springfield, 2006)

DI - 84 TDs, Adrian Peterson, Ga. Southern, 1998-2001

DII - 107 TDs, Germaine Race, Pittsburg St., 2003-2006

DIII - 91 TDs, R.J. Bowers, Grove City, 1997-2000; Jason Kmic, Mount Union College, 2005-2008

The NCAA record for most touchdown receptions in a single season belongs to David Kircus.

In 2002, Kircus had 35 receiving touchdowns for Division II Grand Valley State.

Colt Brennan, University of Hawaii Warriors (2007). It is actually Brett Elliott. He threw 61 TD's in 2004 for Linfield College. Brennan only had 58 in 2007.
