24 feet from the inside of the goal post(upright) to the other inside post (upright). 10 feet above the ground to the inside edge of the cross bar. In high school the ball must be completely inside the inside edge of the post(upright) extended. If any part of the ball passes over the upright the kick is no good. The posts must extend a minimum of 10 feet above the crossbar to help make this determination..
