The distinctive capital A and B were most likely specifically designed by the Braves (or MLB) to make a unique logo. It is pretty common in pro sports to do this. Other than the letters in the team name, there likely isn't a full alphabet font.

Well, if you're changing small font to capital font in Microsoft word, use the CAPS LOCK key. Though, if you're talking about too many text, I'll suggest to highlight the whole text and right click to the mouse. Left click to the FONT. Then, search for "ALL CAPS" in the "EFFECT". That's it.
