If your soccer ball has a diameter of 1 foot and the football pitch measures 100 yards by 75 yards, then the number of balls laid flat on the ground to cover the whole field would be the number of balls which will fit across the field by the number which will fit along the length, so, working in feet, 100 yards is 300 feet and 75 yards is 225 feet.
300 x 225 = 67500........that'ssixty seven thousand five hundred.
And that is on a small sized pitch.
If anyone knows the math required to figure out if zig-zagging the balls would allow more to fit, and how many that would allow, please indulge us!
22. There are 11 on each time.
11 players total, 10 field players, and 1 goalie.
11 football players or soccer players on the field at a time
11 football players or soccer players on the field at a time
Each team fields 11 players, so in total 22 players would be on a football pitch at one time.
22 players. 11 on each team, with each team having at least 1 goalkeeper!
11 players
on the field there are 11 and on the bench u can have up to 7
The players who were on the field at the end of normal/extra time.
depends where you are but it should be 8v8. the move to 11v11 occurs with the U13 age group
Only Eleven players are allowed to be on the pitch at one time of the game.
for u10, players play 6v6, which means 6 players play on the field for a team at a time. the best number for players on a team would be about 10
