a perfect game of Bowling is 300 points. so say if you get a strike (X) on a frame then the next two throws that you have will add to the strike.

ex.) 1. X 2. 3, 2 so that means that on the first frame you would get 10+3+2 and in the 2nd frame you would also get 3+2.

if you get a spare (8 /) then only the next throw will add to the last.

ex.) 1. 8 / 2. 4, 1 so this means that in the first frame you would get 10+4 and in the 2nd frame you would get 4+1.

the rest of the game other than spares and strikes goes like regular math

A bowlers strike rate is calculated by dividing the number of balls he or she has bowled by the number of wickets taken with those balls.

For example if a bowler has bowled 2000 balls in his career and has taken 50 wickets, he has a bowling strike rate of 40.00. In other words the bowler has taken, on average, a wicket every 40 balls.

First Response:
10+the next frame

Second Response:
The above is not a complete answer. A strike is worth 10 pins plus the count of the next two shots. If your next two shots where both strikes, then that would 10+the next two frames.
