How do you get Vancouver Canucks autographs?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

It takes some luck.when you enter the pengrowth saddledome entrance, take your first left to go to the parkade. Go past the parkade and turn right into the parking lot. This is were most hockey players show up and drive by to go to the locker rooms. keep goinjg straight until you see the ticket desk sort of thing. They wont let you go past but that is where all of the players will be parked.

You can also try going inside the building and go to the seats during the early pregame warm-up. (noon-ish) Walk down towards the area where the zamboni goes. If you walk down that hallway(zamboni hallway) yopu will find a few security gaurds. If you ask nicely and tell them your point and why you are special then they might take you around back to the parking lot where you can actually talk to and meet the players.

If none of these work then you can alternativly buy a pass to go to the locker rooms. Not so great if you are trying to get Kippers autograph because it took him till midnight to get out after I went there.

With some luck you will have the autographs you want and be happy.

How did the Vancouver Canucks get their mascot?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

I have no idea. Sorry dude.

I take it you mean the Orca whale that is displayed on their jerseys. The Orca whale

isn't a " Canuck " symbol but was introduced after " Orca Bay Sports/Enterprises " assumed ownership of the Vancouver Canucks several years ago.

When did Vancouver become the Canucks?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

These two organizations are not related.

The Vancouver Millionaires existed from 1911 to 1926, competing in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association and Western Canada Hockey League. The team was called the Vancouver Maroons from 1922 to 1926.

The Vancouver Canucks were formed in 1945 and played in two minor leagues until 1970: Pacific Coast Hockey League and Western Hockey League. The Canucks joined the NHL in the 1970 expansion.

Who is the captain of Vancouver canucks?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

That is definetly a matter of opinion, and also depends on the certain time/situation.

Many people would say that Henrik Sedin is the best right now, because he's the point leader, he's a first-liner, etc.

Personally, I think Mikael Samualson is by far the most valuable for the money he makes. Christian Ehrhoff is also Uber Pwn.

The team captain must be on the field at all times and if the captain gets carded or injured and is not on the field the vice captain must take their place. The captains job is to encourage and help the team to set up a press and corner ect. The Captains job is also to discuss with the umpires if their has been a wrong call, remember when dealing wit umpires always be polite and respect their final decision.
