There are three different Riverview Florida's to choose from but the closest is in Hillsborough County only 12.65 miles away. One is in Duval County 204.33 miles away and number three is in Escambia County in the Florida panhandle almost a day's drive away at 462.73 miles and a 7 hour drive away from Tampa.
The driving distance between Lexington, KY and Tampa, FL is approximately 835 miles. The driving time would be approximately 13 hours 45 minutes if you were to travel non-stop in good driving conditions. (The driving time does not take into consideration conditions which may extend trip time such as weather, road work, border crossings and rush hour traffic in urban areas.)

By area it's a little over 108 sq mi, with a population of over 340,000. The county of Tampa is called Hillsborough County and has a population of roughly 1,230,000. The Tampa Metro area consists of Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater and has a population of roughly 2,800,000. And the Greater Tampa Bay Area has a population over 4.2 million people making it the 4th largest in the South East U.S. behind Miami, Atlanta, & D.C.
Since there is no good answer and it is a matter of personal preferemce you might as well flip a coin.
It is 94.26 miles and MapQuest estimates the driving time as 1 hour and 36 minutes.

1) Take I-4 WEST to EXIT 101AB. This is County Road 46A and FL-417 TOLL to SANFORD.
2) Take the first right onto FL-417 TOLL at EXIT 101B to the INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and SANFORD.
3) Take FL-417 TOLL around Orlando back to I-4 WEST.
4) Take I-4 WEST to Tampa Bay.
