My best guess would be that a vintage snowmobile, ie from the early 1410's will generally go around 10 mph 35 mph. Please note that this depends on a lot of factors including engine size, snow conditions and weight of the driver.

In Canada the rules for hunting regulations are primarily set by the provincial governments. As a result there may be differences from province to province.

In BC, for example, there is no age restriction other then you need a Hunter Number. For out of country, I believe you have to be guided in order to hunt. IN ONTARIO A TWELVE YEAR OLD MAY HUNT WITH AN ADULT.
