yes you can and you dont need insurance to ride it on a road
There is no age range intended for usage of mini bikes. It all depends on the maturity of the young people using the mini bikes and the rules of the parents in deciding what the right age would be.
Probably not for you, seeingas you spell "allowed" incorrectly....but here's the short of it:
Maybe.
Before you do anything, check your bike and see if it has a 17-digit VIN number which would be the first requirement to licensing your bike. Yep, licensing is the next step; go to the DMV and get an M1 or M2 class license and regisiter your vehicle for Illinois. Expressway use is prohibited, and possibly local highways (depends on what suburb you're in, NW they won't allow it because it doesn't meet high regulations) but at least you might be able to ride it in your neighborhood. I'd suggust calling the non-emergency police number to get the specified information on the subject for your area. Good luck.
No lol why would you think that anyway, you can get a mini moto mod If its on a PC version of GTA SA. You can get it from: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-san-andreas/vehicle-mods/4492
Check out the Michigan State Police's website. In most cases it is illegal to ride a pocket rocket, pocket bike, mini bike, etc. on a public road. See the link below for more information.

I would say that the carb is dirty, it needs to be taken apart and cleaned (all the jets and the sump need to be cleaned out with petrol). i would suggest you take it to your local mx macanic to get it done, for it is a tricky job.
thanx jules.
First you kick its dog then twist its balls a sing hallalujah and kumbaya
That's an easy one! Remove the top of the carburetor. Take a small section of fuel line and cut a piece off. About a 1/2 inch will do. Remove the cable from the carb slide and slip the small piece of hose onto the cable and insert it back into the carb slide. Put the top back on and your in business. The hose acts as a governor to control the slide travel and speed.
If you are getting sponsored by the company 3point5 then yes. But if you are referring to discounts from 3point5 then no. 3point5 gives discounts to employees at retail companies that carry the products on their website. Though these are "Pro deals" they don't qualify as a sponsorship.
(1) Clean out your Carbeurator
(2) Check your Spark plugs
(3) Ensure you have the correct Gas to oil ratio (Usually 25:1)
