Triathlon encompasses swimming, biking, and running, and so it involves almost all of your muscles. Your "tri muscles" are those muscles that carry the bulk of the muscle load for swimming, biking, and running. For swimming, it's your lats, chest, and shoulders. For biking and running, it's your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Another key muscle group area is commonly referred to as your "core muscles," which include the abdominal muscles, the lumbar region (or lower back), and the thoracic and cervical region of the spine. These muscles serve to provide stability, support, and a solid base for the rest of the body to function maximally.

I hope Ive helped :)
They are two very different activities. They require different sets of training. taekwondo sparring requires intense levels onf energy in short bursts (like sprinting). A triatholon requires a great deal of endurance (like a marathon). It's a matter of personal preference.

2004 Olympic Games in Athens. The Men's Triathlon was won by Hamish Carter of New Zealand, 2nd place was Bevan Docherty also from New Zealand.
There are a lot of variables to this question. Some people who have been properly trained to swim could easily finish 750 meters in 15 or 20 minutes. I could not find a world record, but if one did exist it would have to be around the 8 to 10 minute mark. The 400 meter freestyle record is just over 4 minutes. A novice who swims, but is not very fast could practice with his/her endurance and complete 750 meters in 25 or 30 minutes without much problem. Hope this helps.
I don't know. But look on google. they'll give the answer. Let me tell you what to type. google.com/the person you want to look up.

the rules of a triathlon are:
1.you are not allowed unecessary advantages like a motor on your bike or someone helping you in the transision
2.no violence
3.you have to do exactly the right amount of laps/lengths or distance
Triathlon is a swim-bike-run event, with the basic rules requiring that you complete the specified distances, in order, without assistance - mechanical or otherwise. Other than that, there are a whole host of specific "rules" governing each discipline, such as no-drafting rules, appropriate attire, helmet requirements, race-number-display requirements, etc. Each race/location may have their own peculiar rules on account of race- or location-specific particulars. Generally speaking though, many triathlons are sanctioned by one of the sport's governing bodies, such as the USAT or the ITU, which each have their own set of comprehensive rules.
