Hey I run track - in meets I run the mile and 800m. Here are some good times for different age groups
10-11 -- anything under 4 mins
12-13 -- anything under 3:30
14-15 -- anything under 3 mins
I hope this helped! :) An average time for someone to run 10-11yrs to run the 800m is anywhere between 5-4 mins, if you're under 4 you're really good :)

well I would say about 14 mph because when I was 8 I was running my average at 10 mph when I was 9 I was running my average at 12 mph and now I can run my average at 13 mph my top was really close to 15 mph so that's how I came up with that.
"I am a girl in grade 7(13 years of age) and it takes me 21 seconds to run this and i can run 200 meters in 40 seconds so all you have to do is pratice."
The answer above was posted by another person, but I just wanted to share that I am 13 years old (since January 2010), and I can run 100 meters in 16 seconds. That is one of the best times for that a 7th grader (13 years)girl could run, but when I was 12 last year, I ran 100 meters in about 21 seconds. (but i didn't try hard). 21 seconds is average, though. Other girls in my gym class had 21 seconds.
