User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

That would depend on the sport in which the athlete is participating, for instance the motion of the hands in "Crawl", "Breaststroke" and "Butterfly" swimming races would all be different and completely different to say to the 100 meters sprint running race. In general terms in all sports the motion of the hands must be somewhat reciprocal.

What is a paid maximum in speedway?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

When a rider finishes in a point scoring position behind his team mate he gets an extra paid point ( speedway riders get paid by the points scored). This is not counted in the team score but was introduced to encourage team riding. A paid maximum means that a rider has been unbeaten by a rider from the opposing team, having finished second to his own team mate in one or more races.

What are the different types of mountain?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

There are three main types of mountains.

block mountains formed by sections of the earth's crust that have been tilted or lifted up by the movement of two close fault lines, large cracks in the earth's surface. These are usually smaller than other types of mountains and are often separated by valleys.

Volcanic mountains are formed by magma that is pushed out of the earth through a crack or weak place in the earth's crust.

Fold mountains are formed when rock is "squeezed" together. When plates collide, the rock along the edges crumples, creating a huge zig-zag pattern in layers of the earth's crust.

Upwarped mountains are formed when magma pushes up the earth's crust without breaking the surface. This creates a rounded mountain that gently slopes toward the surrounding land.

I have 1994 CR 125 and it has very low top end speed when I bought the 125 I noticed that it had 250 fatty pipe on it can that cause slow take off?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Yes. The application of a proper pipe on a two-stroke motor is critical. The 250 pipe has way to much volume and not enough back pressure to allow the 125 motor to "breath" properly. Also check the ignition timing, carb jetting and power valve for proper working order per Honda specifications.
