Base on Balls meaning a walk -------------------------------------------- It's worth noting that if a team decides to issue an intentional walk to a batter, this statistic is noted seperately on the scorecard as "IW" instead of "BB". This is to distinguish as to whether or not a batter was walked intentionally or unintentionally.
There is no 'BO' in Baseball statistics that I know about. My guess it though that you took the 'C' off of 'CBO' thinking it meant 'complete', so you just asked about the 'BO' part of it. CBO stands for 'Combined Shutout'.
Combined Shutout. Shutout using 2 or more pitchers.

I do not believe there is an "RE" statistic in baseball. There is an "ER" stats and that refers to "Earned Runs".

OBE.
In the UK the term "OBE" stands for Order of the British Empire. This designation is a few levels below that of knight. It is an order of Chivalry bestowed upon either a military or civilian official by the Queen.
Put Outs
gs I assume, means games started
An OBE would be addressed as Sir of Madam. Having the title OBE is another way to term being "knighted."
