Yes Jason is from Elizabethton Tenn. A small town between Bristol and Johnson City. He was raised from the age of 11 by his mothers parents. His grandfather Dave Rider coached football there for many years and has the stadium there named after him. His parents are both alive. Both parents also have a history of being arrested on numerous occasions/charges. He rarely mentions them. His parents divorced when he was 11 and his father was very abusive towards his mother. Jason is now married to an ER nurse in Dallas named Michelle and has 2 boys!
