I sprained my ankle dancing so i had an ice pack on it for ages, rested it, went on crutches, tried to keep it up, put Arnica gel and cream on and it slowly got better. I suggest resting it and not walking because i went to the doctors and she said it would take 6 weeks to properly heal.

∙ 12y agoIt is up to the referee to decide. If the player is able to play without causing any more damage to their wrist, then they still have to make it so that any cast or bandage they are wearing can't harm other players.
