Well I'm 15 years old and I run a 5.7 flat. I go to a small school but there are a lot of great athletes there. Most of the guys on the football team (RB's, WR's) run a 5.6 or under. an average person should be able to run 5.66, a fast person should be able to run it in 5.4, a really fast person should be able to run it in 5.16 at 17 years old.
Anything under 6.5 seconds would be very fast. average would be 7.05, fast would be 6.8, and hella fast would be 6.5
