The arrow will go far as 500 yrds or more but if you are hunting I wouldn't push it past 60 yards. On film I this year I took a nice buck at 72 yards. Spined him right in the neck but the shot was under ideal conditions.
I've seen guys shoot pretty accurately out to 400 yards. doing this would take TONS of practice and skill however
