Dependent Variable:
- Something that might be effected by
the change in the independent variable
- What is observed
- What is measured
- The data collected during the investigation :)
A dependent variable depends on or changes according to the independent variable but not vice versa. For example light from a campfire increases with a bigger fire, so light is the dependent variable, and the amount of fire is the independent variable. In other words, the amount of light given off depends on how much fire there is, but the amount of fire does not change because the light changes.
what is the dependentent variable in this experiment
The independent variable (in a graph) is on the horizontal side. It is the variable you are free to choose, and it is on the 'x-axis'. Hope this helps you understand!
The independent variable of an experiment is the variable that you change, and the dependent variable is the result of the independent variable.
The dependent variable is the variable that can change in an experiment.
The independent variable changes during an experiment.
the anwer is a variable( the thng that will change over time in the experiment
The independent variable.
The independent variable.
The independent variable is the variable that is changed during an experiment.
Independent variable is what you, the experimenter, change or enacts in order to do your experiment
Independent variable (Manipulated Variable) is a variable that is purposefully changed by the experimenter (the person who is doing the experiment) *the first part of the experiment question is the independent variable.
An independent variable is when you do not control what happens In an experiment, however; a dependent variable is when you actually control the experiment,
An independent variable is when you do not control what happens In an experiment, however; a dependent variable is when you actually control the experiment,
It can, but need not, affect the outcome of the experiment variable.
