There is no strict timeline as to the match has to finish in certain duration of time. However, it is very common for one game of 21 to last for about 15-25 minutes... the total match (of 3 games) lasts about 45 to 75 minutes. I dont know what is the longest duration of any match played in the history, but an hour long match is a typical for a 3 game-long match.

Players get a 1 minute break in each game whenever a leading scorer reaches 11.

There is also a 2 minute break between games 1 and 2 as well as 2 and 3.
