Example; You are a 16 handicap. 36 minus 16 is 20. 20 is your quota. If you get 6 pars times 2 and 9 bogies times 1, you have 12 + 9 = 21 points. You beat your quota by +1.
For stableford, you use your handicap to determine which holes you get strokes on. Say for example you play off 18, you get a shot a hole. So the par on each hole in now effectively bogey (which will be your set score).
5 points - 3 under set score
4 points - 2 under set score
3 points - 1 under set score
2 points - set score
1 point - 1 over set score
0 points - 2 or more over set score.
Each time you hit someone on the "on target" you get a point. Very simple.
Rally scoring is when there is a point scored on every play, regardless of who served, as opposed to side out scoring where the team that serves is the only team that can get a point.
The scoring system for scrabble is the way the gamer form the word at the board. The tiles has its own corresponding numbers which will be counted as point, then, counting the total numbers.
For every goal you score the team gets 1 point
Rally scoring
None, because that's not possible with the scoring system in Football.
Games to 25. Best 3 out of 5 wins the match. Each rally wins a point.
Rally scoring in volleyball is where a point is given after each play. Before rally scoring, only the serving team could score a point. With rally scoring, either team has a chance at the point. Rally scoring has two benefits: 1. Speeds up the play. Games could drag on and on if the serving team kept siding out. 2. Rewards good defense. Knowing that you have a chance to score even if you're not serving allows a team to be more aggressive
there is no such thing as volley scoring. there's rally, traditional, and a volley. rally scoring- every time the play is over, someone gets the point unless it's a redo traditional scoring-you can only get the point if your team served the ball before the play a volley- when the ball is hit back and fourth between the two teams (a good volley would be when it keeps going back and fourth, back and fourth....)
Someone has hacked into your account.
It is STABLEFORD and it is a scoring system, whereby you get 1 point for a bogey, 2 for a par, and 3 for a Birdie, 4 for an Eagle.
With rally scoring, the team that serves the ball is the only one that can score a point. If team "A" serves, but then team "B" wins that serve, they don't receive a point it then becomes there serve. In standard scoring, who ever wins the serve gets a point.
