Yes. Andrew Magee is the only golfer in PGA Tour history to record a hole-in-one on a par 4. He did this on the 17th hole at the 2001 Phoenix Open.
Magee's tee shot reached the green of the par 4 17th hole while the group ahead was still on the green. His ball caromed off Tom Byrum's putter as he was squating to read a putt and went in the hole. Since Byrum did not intentionally hit the ball with his putter there was no penalty and Magee was able to record a 1 on his score card.
Yes it has been done on the PGA Tour, in 2001 at TPC Scottsdale. Andrew magee had a hole in one at the 17th. Playing 333 yards.
A hole in one on a par 5 is known as a condor, there have been rumours by some long drivers that they have made one.
No, there has never been a hole in one on a par 5 in any tour event.
Tiger Woods
Yeah, I was about 1 foot from one at a hole about 113 yds and I'm only 11. Everyone was amazed when I got so close (it was in a tournament).
No one has ever visited a black hole.
In case they get a hole in one.
She does
Yes, it is very rare, but has happened. Miguel Angel Jimenez has done it twice in televised events.
The song was "everybody got their something"
Today, May 5, 2012, Matthew Padgett of Chesterfield Virginia had back to back holes- in-one #7 and #8 at The First Tee Chesterfield in North Chesterfield, Virginia. As far as I can tell, I've never heard of this being done before by the same person on consecutive holes. I did see the following article, but I think this happened with two consecutive shots on the same hole: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/7765337/Golfer-gets-two-holes-in-one-in-a-row.html
In the 1967 Tony Jacklin had a hole in one, live on BBC's Grandstand. The first hole in one on live british television.
