it really depends on the weather conditions. you have to take both wind, rain and hardness of the ground into consideration
how far a ball travels depends on how much the ball reacts off the face of the club, its called the trampoline effect. The harder you swing, the more the ball is compressed at impact and that translates into how fast it leaves the clubface or springs off the clubface. If you can't compress the ball it won't spring off the face so it won't go anywhere. That being said if its winter the ball is really hard and you can't compress it. A ball will travel the farthest on a warm sunny day. I am a PGA TOUR caddy so I really need to know this so I can club my player. If we play in the morning and its cool, we need to take a 1/2 club to sometimes a full club more.
No, a warmer ball will travel farther than a colder one. When the core of the ball is warmer it will be more energetic. Also if the air is colder that means it is denser and will mean there is going to be more drag on the ball, so it will not travel as far.
Golf Balls will travel the farthest when the weather is hot but if you want them to travel even farther play at a higher altitude. The thinner air will allow the golf ball to travel farther because there is less air resistance. You should be able to drop down one or two clubs depending on the altitude.
Yes, a warm golf ball will travel farther than one that is cold. Just like any sports ball, when it is warmer it can compress much more when struck, allowing it to travel farther. Just the other day I went and played golf in 40 degree weather and my ball flight went nowhere.
It does if your swing is correct.
i dunno. i tryed it will my own balls it worked surprisingly :) but dont use warm balls as they are very soft and sweaty :/
sound travel faster in cold air half i give you further other person will give
neither, it is just an expression meaning that is is raining really really hard!
it is cold raining and windy
DeMorgan's Theorems are: 1. ~(A&B) ~A&~B. For example: "It's not raining and cold" means the same as "It is either not raining, or it is not cold", and "It's not either raining or cold" means the same as "It's not raining and it's not cold". Applied recursively, DeMorgan's theorem means that to find the inverse of a complex sentence, change all atoms to their inverses, and change all ANDs to ORs and ORs to ANDs.
because, balls like you.
night or when it is cold or raining
You can lay cement in cold weathers as long as it isn't raining.
It's snowing and cold in winter, and it's sunny and warm in summer. Everything is "perfect"-weather is good. Ofc, in spring is sunny and pretty warm, but the weather in spring changes very fast, and it could be raining and maybe cold In fall is usually raining June is this year very cold and raining
It is a mix at the moment...hot somedays, raining and cold the next.
Hard rain forms when it is cold AND it is raining.
when its really cold outside or after it's done raining
