(Peggy) Parratt on October 25, 1906. In a game in which Peggy played for the Massillon, Ohio, Tigers, he threw a short pass to Dan Riley Policowski against a team from West Virginia. The Tigers won 61-0 and the forward pass did not play a major role in the outcome.
