I just saw on Fox that Tom Brady has broken Peyton Manning's record for most touchdowns in one season.
Manning had 49 TD passes in 2004. Brady, through 8 games of the 2007 season, has 30. He is on a pace to destroy the record but at the present, Manning holds the record.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has thrown the most touchdowns in a season for the Steelers with 32 in 2007.
Brett farve for a fact has thrown the most touchdowns. But I'm not sure if he threw the most interceptions as well
Brett Farve surpased Dan Marino recently on the most touchdowns thrown. Currently he has thrown 499 touchdowns (as of 10/10/10)
