I'm not 100% sure, but I think the 2000 Ravens had 11 TD's. Correction, they allowed only 11. 2003 Rams scored 5. I have not been able to find a higher number at this point. 1994 vikings defense had seven TD's. 1998 Seahawks scored on 8 INTs & 2 fumbles as well as 3 kick returns. The 07-08 Vikings had 8 touchdowns and 1 kick return The 2002 Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense scored 9 touchdowns. Four of them Derrick Brooks alone. A few Ronde Barber. I don't have a full breakdown.

As of the 2008 season, that would be Rod Woodson with 13 regular season TDs (12 INT returns for TDs and 1 fumble return for a TD). If you add in the playoffs the leader would be Aeneas Williams with 14 total TDs (11 INT returns for TDs (9 regular season and 2 playoff) and 3 fumble returns for TDs).
