Is it possible breast cancer if I'm only thirteen there is a lump right beside my nipple it is not visible but it hurts a lot and you an feel the bump is it possibly breast cancer if I'm only thirteen?

the same exact thing happened to me too and i am 13 as well too. but i did get it checked out by my doctor and i had all the symptoms as you did and this thing in your boob is a nodule in your breast . it will first appear in only one of your breast but then later on it will develop into the other . my doctor said its nothing to worry about its just your body is maturing and getting ready to develop . all it is in just little words is your period is going to come soon . some girls may not get this though!! and once u get ur period the pain in your breast will start to go away ... well good luck!!

Extremely unlikely it's breast cancer. Breast cancer occurs under the skin of the breast, and only is visible at the skin in very advanced stages. You would have noticed something wrong long before that point.

Odd looking or developing moles should of course be looked at, as there's a possibility of some danger there. But most of the time, they're... just moles :}

Get it looked at most certainly, but don't worry -- not Breast cancer :}

Breast cancer is almost always NOT painful, which is one reason so many women can have it for years before being diagnosed with it. Since you are so young, the chances are it is due to puberty and fluctuating hormones. Your symptoms are common for girls to have just before they have their periods. But if you are concerned, you need to see your doctor for peace of mind.

Not necissarily, I believe that it is just that part of your body is developing. This same thing happened to me, and I was worried that it was cancer too, but it went away after a little while

I myself do experience the same issue. You do not have breast cancer, your body is simply developing your thirteen year old boobies.

it depends what kind of lump. it is possible, and i would suggest you go to a doctor to check it out. it may seem embarassing but remember that they see this all the time. good luck:)

If the lump is on the nipple then it is just your breasts developing.

I had it when i was growing too.

It is very unlikely given your age but I would see your doctor as soon as you can.
