I have found that one of the medications I am taking causes breast fullness and tenderness. Also I have burning in my nipples and sometimes they become very hard. So if you are taking medications you may want to check out all the side affects and see if that may be what is causing it. Either way if it continues; have a talk with your doctor about it.
