Generally not in the first week, because people don't usually get pregnancy symptoms until 2 weeks at the earliest. However, itchy boobs and nipples are common during pregnancy because the boobs are growing and stretching

Yes , some women have experienced sensitive nipples from the day after conception onwards. Of course it varies from person to person as some do not experience sensitivity until the later stages of the pregnancy but it is still normal to experience it early on

Is it a sign of pregnancy if the sides of your beasts are really sore and your nipples itch a lot a week prior your period is due?

I think so -------------- Not necessarily. The breast soreness and itching are just one of the many forms of PMS.

Are tender nipples a consequence of pregnancy?

Yes, but if this is your only symptom, I would not be concerned. Tender nipples are also a normal side affect of PMS as well. Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. What could be wrong if you have sore nipples one week before your period is due and you had protected sex a week ago and the condom didn't tear or break?

If you are not pregnant, it could just be due over stimulation of the nipples. Especially if you had excessive or prolonged stimulation and are not used to it.
