Pacquiaco won
pacquiao never fought in mexico. boxrec.com will have his full record.
Pacquiao won.
Yes, it is. Pacquiao (along with Mayweather jr) is the biggest name in the sport. And it could be the fight of the year in boxing this year.
Boxing stats are alway won-loss-drawn. These two are 1-0-1 Pacquiao's favor.
Manny "Pac-Man" Pacquiao is a fast, brutal fighter. He seals his 8th boxing title and defends his name of being the "pound-for-pound king". Antonio "The Tijuana Tornado" Margarito's problem was he did not defend himself when he knew Manny can take his victory by brutality. Here are the boxing records of Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito: Manny Pacquiao 31 years old 5 ft. 6 1/2 in. Pac-Man Reach: 67 Fights: 57 Wins: 52 Wins by K.O: 38 Losses: 3 Draws: 2 Antonio Margarito 32 years old 5 ft. 11 in. The Tijuana Tornado Reach: 73 Fights: 46 Wins: 38 Wins By KO: 27 Losses: 7 NC (No Contest): 1 Floyd is undefeated, and he is afraid of Pacquiao because he is afraid that he has a great possibility to lose his undefeated record.

Pacquiao because he's the best fighter of all time. His boxing record is 56-3-2.
Well, he started fighting some of Mexico's prestigious fighters of his division. People such as Erik Morales, Marco Antonia Barrera, Oscar Larious and Juan Manuel Marquez. They were all Mexican juggernauts at the time. When he beat all of these three, then people started paying a lot more attention to him. Then when he started beating even more boxing juggernauts such as Oscar De La Hoya, Antonio Margarito, David Diaz and Miguel Cotto; then he got even more and more attention. Even Mexican people started to like Manny Pacquiao. Many of my class mates, non-Filipinos started to like Manny Pacquiao. Then, Manny Pacquiao started to get Mayweather's attention and this is when he was finally a mainstream boxing icon.
