The intended purpose of a bull fight is to eventually kill the animal, so in theory all bulls involved in bull fights die.

If such statistics are actually kept, they are not published on the internet. The number of bulls killed each year in bullfights worldwide would run in the thousands.

There are no records of the number of horses killed each year in bullfights but it is very few. However, in earlier years before the padding was introduced to protect the animals, it was not unusual for several horses to die in each fight.

While nearly every matador will be injured each year they perform, deaths are not common. It is rare to have more than one or two fatalities in a year. This is in professional bullfights. The story changes in amateur events with inexperienced fighters. Since the modern form of bullfighting came to be in 1726 there have been about 50 fatalities. This includes only professional matadors and not other toreros or those killed in amateur events.

I do not believe those statistics are to be found anywhere. However, thousands of bulls die each year in Spain, Mexico and elsewhere. Each fight normally has three matadores who each kill two bulls.

there is no actual answer to this..

because people have never been able to record the data to a bull fight.

I do not think there are any such statistics. However, nearly every torero will be injured every year, minor or serious. We only hear about the serious or fatal injuries.

The death of a ranking matador in the ring is rare. Since fighting the bull on foot started in 1726, less than 50 matadores have been killed in the ring.

During a normal fight, six bulls are killed, usually 3 matadors each kill 2 animals.
