At this time (March, 2011) there is no way of knowing. Kubica's right hand was almost severed in the crash and he needed extensive surgery on it along with surgery to fix multiple fractures to his right arm and right leg.
It has been reported that Kubica is able to move his wrist and fingers and this, obviously, is great news. But with the complexity of F1 steering wheels ... so many functions the driver uses are activated by the push of a button or flip of a switch ... he will need to have his hand back to normal condition to be able to properly drive the vehicle. Whether extensive physical therapy will be able to accomplish this, nobody knows at this time.
