You should take a break from working hard like push ups, crunches, weight lifting..etc. It's best to ask your trainer/coaches if you have one. If you don't, its best to see a chriopacter not a doctor. Doctor will have higher payment than chiropactor do.

most people can ignore it, and most don't feel that. but your knees are probably sore. get a little exercise if you haven't been moving lately, or if you've been moving alot, sit down, have a soda, and watch a little television and relax.
