the air inside the ball will heat up and bounce around inside the ball more. this makes more pressure and the pressure will get to a point where it will no longer be able to stay in side the ball. thus it explodes. =]

a beach ball may birst as the air pressure in it will expand.that is how a beach ball will birst.
It shouldn't, but if you leave it long enough then the rubber of the tire starts to rot, and the heat of the sun will warm the air inside the tire, thus raising the pressure.
