This question is not specific enough to focus on one type of Wrestling nor one particular pro-wrestling organization. Also, saying that wrestling is getting "worse" is a matter of opinion, and personal observation rather than an established fact. If this question pertains to pro-wrestling, and there is a degree of perceived decline, then speculation as to the cause could be discussed here.
Since pro-wrestling is, and always has been, primarily a form of entertainment, it is a business enterprise, and it's success is largely due to fan interest and support. Causes of decline might include poor business management, marketing, a lack of talented wrestlers, and the lack of revenue to pay better wrestlers/performers. Another consideration is for the modern interest in other combative sports such as Martial Art tournaments, mixed martial art, and cage-fighting. The realism, and raw fighting talent in these other genre might draw attention away from the more theatrical performances of pro-wrestling which seems to have shifted more toward the drama, and less of actual wrestling.
(Note: Wrestling is often a hot-button topic, and draws criticism for many reasons. If contributors here would like to add legitimate reasons why they feel wrestling is getting "worse," then please stay on topic, and present facts. For debate about wrestling itself, please use the discussion page below)
Personally, I don't think its boring. But you see, wrestling is in one of those times where its not very popular, this goes for all the feds, wateva 1 u r, wwe, tna, its all the same. In the 80s it was very popular, with the likes of Hulk Hogan and that, but it was a huge craze sweeping the world in the 90s, everyone loved it, when the likes of The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Ric Flair, HHH, The Hart Foundation, The Legion of Doom, Jake Roberts and the Big Show were huge. We're just not in wrestling times, but it'll make a comeback and be as big as it was in the 90s then that era will fade away and we'll be in a era where its not that popular and we'll look back on it and say wow wrestling was popular back then, just like we do now with the 90s, while in a time where wrestling is not that popular. ;oD!
so please don't say that wrestling is boring And also there is to much drama now like mr McMahon dying and all those stupid things but personally I LUV WRESTLING!
Its been rubbish this year because Triple H has been out injured. Now that he is back, business will pick up. Not until the attitude era returns (doubt it ever will)
His reigns are as follows: a. First reign as WWE champ - 0 days b. Second reign as WWE champ - 203 days c. Third reign as WWE champ - 42 days d. Fourth reign as WWE champ - 90 days e. She is in TNA, so not now. But there is a good probability that she'll come back to WWE in the future.
Since his late arrival he's not in Wwe 12,but there is a good chance he will be in Wwe13 and 14 and so on.
He has been in wwe for a long while so he must be!
Bruno Sammartino with 2803 combined days
sadly its rated TV-PG now it used to be TV-14 back in the good old days
to get more days off because you get more days off in TNA then WWE but WWE is alot better
No, I don't think so. Goldberg is not expected to return to the WWE because he did not part ways with the WWE in good terms. He wasn't happy with WWE and left unhappy. Most experts fee that Goldberg will never return to the WWE.
Billy and Chuck from 2002
sadly its rated TV-PG now it used to be TV-14 back in the good old days
