Why get headcahes extreme tirededness sore nipples nausea sore calf muscles cramps for 5 days before period than heavey flow with large clots i am age 39?

I had a similar problem today. I have sore calve muscles even though i havent walked today. I had a very heavy period and cramp. I guess my muscles were not getting enough blood. Same with the tiredness. I dont know what is causing my heavy period sometimes, perhaps hormonal imbalance? I am 27
