Practice,practice and more practice.You need to build up your endurance by giving your all and to have commitment!
Womens Gymnastics does require some muscular endurance on Bars because it is nonstop (but Bars is usually quick), and to hold positions on beam, but generally no. Mens gymnastics however, generally requires a lot of endurance to hold positions in all events except vault and high bar. um, women gymnast have A LOT of muscle.. they need it for tumbling vault bars, and beam! all of the events require muscle. a lot of it. women gymnast spend at least a 1 hour a day working on just muscle. i think men gymnast require MORE muscle, but not a lot more. women gymnasts have to be muscular, flexible, graceful, and powerful. take it from a women gymnast, it requires much more muscle then thought.
You would definitely want to have great muscular endurance, so I would recommend doing high repetitions with low weight. This wil definitely help with your endurance. Stretching will help too.
you need to have good cardivascular endurance in basketball because it envolves a lot of running. The better cardivascular endurance you have , the faster you can run
Several of the moves and flips gymnast perform require enough strength to hold their own weight. For example to be able to do a handstand the gymnast has to be strong enough to hold their entire weight on their hands. They also need strength to avoid injury.
If you have that endurance you will be able to run fast for longer.
why would jogging need cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance?
you need aerobic endurance for cardio to be able to dance and have a more structured dance move
to be a top quality gymnast you need to be strong,flexible and elegant. you also need to have a passion for the sport ,if you don't love it you will never be good at it.
They need muscular endurance because they need to be able to hold there body weight on the beams, bars and other stuff to do with gymnastics

The most important characteristics you need to be a gymnast are determination and willingness to learn. While it is also important to be flexible and strong, having a good additude is much more important.

Coming from level 6... For bars you need: giants or a free hip on high bar For beam: a flight skill and a connection For vault: Handspring For floor: u need a certin amount of a and b skills (I'm not exactly sure how many) U also need lots of endurance to be able to do everything
so they dont fall over
