carpets store more energy to the ball because it is under a hard floor. The floor is still their. on grass even thought is in the ground their is another layer which is the dirt. n the grass stores less energy.
Wood, not being as hard as concrete, will deform a little when the ball hits it. This will take energy from the system and the ball will have less energy to bounce back up.
this i9s because concrete is a flat surface and grass can be pretty rough sometimes
...than on carpet? Concrete is rigid so it doesn't absorb the energy from the ball.

Although it's difficult to be precise, it's safe to say that a ball is likely to bounce back higher from concrete than from carpet.
the basketball will most likely bounce higher on a flat surface
Its GREATLY affected by the surface it bounces on!If you bounce it on a soft or cushioned surface like a shag carpet, the carpet will absorb a lot of the impact, and the ball will not bounce as high.On the other hand, if you bounce it on concrete, the ball's fall is not cushioned nearly as much, and as a result, bounces much higher.
basketball and chicken
Concrete
I think both bounce the same one is just bigger then the other, actually the boys basketball bounce higher I did a basketball experiment on it the boys bounce a foot higher, It is because itr weighs more.
It really depends how hard you bounce either one, but i think the tennis ball.
If you were bouncing them both, a basketball would bounce higher.
i know that a basketball will because if it has nothing in it, it won't bounce. right? but when you put more helium in, it will bounce high. but if you put to much in it, it might explode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
most likely a basketball
yes
In comparison, a ball will bounce higher on asphalt than grass. The reason is that asphalt is provides a flat and stiffer surface than grass.
