The coach of the team usually have played soccer for a long time, so the coach can share his/her experience with the team. The coach can also teach and refer back to plays and such. If a team were to coach itself, the result would be disastrous-chaos could happen if some or all of the team does not have experience.
Set the tactics. Tells the manager the buy certain players. Coach. Motivate.
The soccer coach makes notations of the players when they have tryouts.
A soccer player makes much more money then a volleyball player any day, and as soccer stars are also paid huge weekly salaries . it is much more.
No you need not have to go.

To be a soccer coach you need to go to the league foundation and try for any team you want in that league but first you need to work hard for that and train well. By-David Navarrete
You need coaching certificates and need to be good . Better teams will get you.
I would be a soccer coach cause I like soccer
A soccer team makes up the coach, sometimes an assistant coach, a goalie, your defenders ( normally 2 in older age groups), sometimes a sweeper or midfielder, and typically 3 offense players.
An Assistant coach in soccer is a coach, but they just help the main coach... Sometimes they just catch loose balls and stuff and sometimes they can take a group of players and work with them. So it varies by team, most club/competitive teams have a manager and head coach but no assistant coach- recreational teams usually have a head coach and 1-3 assistant coaches... Hope this helps :)
