Lebron becomes a free agent in 2014. When Kobe retires they will have a lot of cap space. Kobe is currently the highest paid player in the NBA not including endorsements at almost 30'million. Lebron has said he will go to a team that will pay him accordingly. Clevland will also have some cap space in 2014. It would be shocking if he chose LA over Cleveland for many reasons. Irving being one of them. Irving is young and extremely talented. LA has old players and its hard to say who will stick around.
