some people play for the fun and some play cause its a great way to exercise.some people even think its boring to watch, but fun to play! People play soft ball because it helps your hand and eye cordination, it helps you lose weight.
I play softball on a team and i pitch. It's a great was to let out your energy, lose weight, and met new people.
