Everyone is good at something. Some people are athletic, others are creative, others are scientific, etc. It's just your particular make-up that makes the difference.

Why are some people just so lucky and seem to be amazing at everything and get everything?
Some people just are luckier. Often enough this isn't luck, its skill and hard-work. Some people wonder by others have "better looks" it can be simply keeping better care of themselves or genetics. Some men wonder for example why others get more/better looking women, it is ussually their appearance, and personality. Things ussually come at at least some amount of work to all people, so they may have to work at things.
Why do people project onto others?
Most of the time its just their way of showing off and stuff

you call all those people meaners. this means your just a mean person that likes to laugh at people.

Sometimes they do. But other times they just don't like the person or something.

Not all pretty girls are mean. Those that are, might be mean for the same reasons that anyone else might be mean. However, there are some possibilities to consider: Perhaps they think that bringing other people down will keep them on top. They do not realize that there are other ways to be popular, like being really nice so they'll have lots of friends, not just ignorant followers who are their "friends" just to cash in on their popularity. They might also have a belief that they are better than others because of their beauty, and thus do not have to treat others well, but yet deserve to be treated well because they are better. They might also just be used to having people tolerate their behavior, and have not seen consequences of such rude behavior.

"Arrogant" or "delusional" (if the person is NOT actually better than others). Keep in mind, some people ARE better than others (i.e. more talented/skillful/knowledgeable/etc). In those cases, they aren't 'arrogant' or "delusional" they are just 'better' than others.
