Two of the better running backs in Chicago Bears history have worn the number 35 -- All-Pro/Pro Bowl fullback Rick Casares (1955-64) and Pro Bowl halfback Neal Anderson (1986-93). Fullback Roland Harper (Walter Payton's backfield mate from 1975-82) and two-time 1,000-yard running back Anthony Thomas (2001-04) have also worn number 35. Defensive back Zackary Bowman (2008-11) has most recently donned the number for the Bears.

∙ 11y agoThe Chicago Bears have had three excellent linebackers wear number 55 -- Doug Buffone (1966-79), Pro Bowler Otis Wilson (1980-87) and All-Pro/Pro Bowler Lance Briggs (2003-current as of 2012). All-Pro center Larry Strickland also wore number 55 (1954-59), as did linebacker John Roper (1989-92), linebacker Vinson Smith (1993-96) and linebacker Sean Harris (1997-2000).

In 1990, Steelers linebacker Jerry Olsavsky wore the #55.
On the 1990-91 Edmonton Oilers, no player wore the #55.
Matt Millen. Millen wore #55 for the Raiders between 1980-1988.
