Texas won the Sugar Bowl in 1948.
no he has not won a super bowl his first super bowl was super bowl XLII
9 plus 6 superbowls The above is untrue. The Eagles won the World Championship 3 times (1948, 1949 and 1960) before it became known as the Super Bowl. Since then, they haven't won any championships. No Super Bowls. Period. Just to clarify, a Super Bowl and NFL Championship are the same thing. There is no difference besides the name. Some will say it is because of the AFL- NFL merger but if that is true you would have to discount most of the Boston Celtics titles since most were won before the ABA-NBA merger. People still count them because the title game name remains the same. The second reason used is that the 3 championships were won long ago. If that statement is true then we would also have to discount the Yankees World Series titles since many of them were won 80 to 90 years ago, but again their not due to no name change. So it would seem one uses the lack of Super Bowl wins as a way to win an argument and that is it.
The Oakland Raiders have only won three Super Bowl championships - Super Bowl XI, Super Bowl XV, and Super Bowl XVIII. The San Francisco 49ers have won five Super Bowl championships. These include Super Bowl XVI, Super Bowl XIX, Super Bowl XXIII, Super Bowl XXIV, and Super Bowl XXIX. This means that the 49ers have won more.
the jets have only won one super bowl it was super bowl 3 and it was the first AFL super bowl victory
No the Titans have never won a Super Bowl.
The Raiders won Super Bowl XV.
The super bowl that was won 52 to 17 was Super bowl XXVll ( 27 )
