My guess would be Ice Hockey. Given that American football players wear shoulder and leg pads as well as a helmet; ice hockey players are required to wear a helmet, shoulder pads, padded pants, elbow pads, and shin/knee pads. Don't forget the padded skates, gloves, and mouthguards!
Definitly not for hockey but im thinking football
Brett Favre wears american football shoulder pads.
Yes. Hockey players are tougher, so they don't need all that padding even though they are falling on ICE. Hockey pads are for blocking shots mostly with a little impact protection.
I have to say hockey players use more pads, they dont have grass, dont get me wrong it still hurts. anyway i will keep myself to a warm sport.
Jock strap, cup, pads
The hockey puck hurts more.
An ice hockey player typically wears the following: Skates Shin guards Shoulder pads girdle (padded shorts) elbow pads athletic cup gloves helmet hockey stick A goalie has different equipment: skates (usually with extra plastic around the foot) leg pads chest protector girdle athletic cup Blocker and glove (more mitt-like) helmet (made specifically for a goaltender) hockey stick (with a wider blade and a paddle under the blocker)
yes you can wear hockey elbow pads for lacrosse
shoulder pads and shin pads
Skates, socks, hockey socks (a.k.a. legwarmers XD), jocks, knee pads, hockey pants, jersey, neck guard, helmet, mouthguard, chest protector, and elbow pads are needed in hockey, but more equipment is needed for goalies.
the size of the leg pads
a helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey gloves, shin pads, and a gurdle
American football players wear many things under their uniform. These include shoulder pads and thigh pads. If you are talking international football (soccer) then the main piece of equipment players wear under their uniforms are shin guards.
in ice hockey you will need a helmet neck guard chest protecter/shoulder pads elbow pads, jack(M) or jill(F) hockey pants, hockey socks, shin pads and good skates.
skates and a stick, for pickup, skates stick, helmet shoulder pads elbow pads shin pads gloves hockey pants, hockey socks, hockey sweater for organized(leagues)
where is turco gold hockey pads
Street hockey pads are not made to withstand extremely cold temperatures and are not made to the higher standards of protective ice hockey equipment.
good question the answer to that is that every1 is a baby in hockey and they decided to die to make other people where pads there u have it
A Du Rag under the helmet underarmour shirt and compression shorts with some hood tube socks
I would strongly recommend using hockey pants, elbow pads, and shoulder pads for hockey. Ice hockey puck weighs more than twice the weight of an inline hockey puck and it can do damage if your not protected. Falling down on ice is not so nice either. It depends what your playing; completive ice hockey get all the protection you can, rec-league hockey its not as important. Other than the things above most other equipment is good to use like gloves, shin pads, and helmet.
I have read in a book that the first football pads were leather helmets and that was it. No other pads but leather helmets.
