Only Casey Stengel ever suited up for the four New York teams - as a player with the Giants, as a manager with the Yankees and Mets, and as player and manager with the Dodgers.

Yogi Berra.
Berra played for the New York Yankees from 1946-1963, and the New York Mets in 1965. After his field playing days were behind him, Berra went on to manage and coach. Not only did he coach for twenty seasons, but he was the manager for the Yankees in 1964, and during the 1984-1985 seasons. In addition, he managed the Mets from 1972-1975.
There are many but the players that played the most seasons for the same team are Brooks Robinson (1955-1977) of the Baltimore Orioles and Carl Yastrzemski (1961-1983) of the Boston Red Sox. Both spent 23 seasons with the same team.
