The World Series MVP award was not first given out until 1955 so the answer is 'no one'.

Looking at the stats for the 1923 Series, won by the New York Yankees over the New York Giants 4 games to 2, ...

1) Second baseman Aaron Ward of the Yankees batted .417 on 10 hits in 24 at bats.
2) Right fielder Babe Ruth of the Yankees batted .368 (8 for 19), hit 3 home runs, and was walked 8 times.
3) Second baseman Frankie Frisch of the Giants batted .400 on 10 hits in 25 at bats.
4) Outfielder Casey Stengel of the Giants hit .417 (5 for 12) with 2 home runs.
5) Yankees pitcher Joe Bush pitched 16 2/3 innings to a 1.08 ERA, giving up only 7 base hits.
6) Giants pitcher Art Nehf pitched 16 1/3 innings to a 2.76 ERA, giving up only 10 hits.

Since the MVP award is almost always given to a player on the winning team, I will split it three ways and give it to Ward, Ruth, and Bush.
