Mats Sundin was the last Maple Leaf to score in the playoffs. Back in 2004 vs the Philadelphia Flyers. It was the second goal scored by the Leafs in that game, and they lost by a final score of 3-2 in overtime.

∙ 11y agoThe date was April 25, 1996..... Leafs vs. Blues.... Blues lead the series 3-1...... Toronto overcame a 2-0 deficit and won the game 5-4 in overtime....... Mike Gartner scored a hat trick, which included the game winner at 7:31 of OT (assisted by Doug Gilmour and Wendel Clark).
This proved to be the final playoff goal scored at Maple Leaf Gardens. The Blues eliminated the Leafs in St. Louis 2 nights later. Toronto missed the playoffs in 1997 and 1998, and Maple Leaf Gardens was closed to the NHL in Feb. 1999

The last time they were in the playoffs was in 2012/2013 season.
According to this site (http://bleacherreport.com/articles/24612-final-game-at-maple-leaf-gardens-defining-moments-in-leafs-history-number-2) it was Todd Warriner.

George Armstrong was the captain of the last Toronto Maple Leaf team to win the Stanley Cup (1967).

The only NHL Team to be undefeated at Maple Leaf Gardens is the Nashville Predators. However, they only played one game in the building as their first season was also the Maple Leafs' last season at that arena. Their only game at Maple Leaf Gardens ended in a tie. (Oct 19, 1998... 2-2 tie in OT)
