Tom Barrasso went 22-0-1 with a 0.99 GAA in his senior year at Acton-Boxborough in 1983. He was drafted 5th overall by the Buffalo Sabres and went directly to the NHL club, playing regular minutes at the age of 18 which is absolutely unheard of for a goalie.
