What major league baseball pitchers have broken their arms while pitching?

There are two that I can remember: Dave Dravecky of the San Francisco Giants underwent surgery in 1988 for a cancerous tumor in his pitching (left) arm. He came back in 1989 and in his second start, suffered a fractured humerus while delivering a pitch. Unfortunately, the cancer eventually returned and his left arm and shoulder were amputated in 1991. Tom Browning of the Cincinnati Reds suffered a fractured arm while delivering a pitch in a game in 1994. In his case, there was no cancer or anything untoward found. It appeared to be a freak accident. Browning attempted a comeback with the Kansas City Royals in 1995 and pitched in two games, losing both. He retired prior to the 1996 season.
